What geographic areas do you cover?

I live at Curra and I service the entire Gympie Region.

What are your standard business hours?

I don’t have any set business hours and I can be contacted at any time including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Do you have a physical office I can visit?

I don’t have a physical office. My office is wherever I am. I keep client costs down by keeping my expenses low.

Working with Buyers & Sellers

How do I schedule a home viewing?

I schedule property inspections at times when it suits all parties. I like to work with sellers who are open to short notice inspections which suit the schedule of potential buyers. Contact me to arrange an inspection on a property.

What should I prepare for our first consultation?

For sellers, I will want to know why you are selling and your timeline.  For buyers, I will want to know what your property requirements are, your price range and your timeline.

How quickly do you respond to new inquiries?

I aim to always respond on the same day and where possible within 2-3 hours. You can complete the form and I will respond by email or call or you can call me direct and I will take your call at any time.

Fees & Selling Costs

What are your commission rates and fees?

I offer a flexible range of commission and fee structures which I tailor to my clients’ needs. My commission rate starts at 2.00% and I can package photography and marketing costs to suit your budget – this includes up-front and arrears payments.
